£35 per 50 minute session (currently online and telephone only)

I believe that everyone should be able to afford counselling, so I charge as low a rate as I am able to do when considering my overheads.

Assessment sessions prior to your first session last 10-15 minutes and are free of charge. It's not a mini counselling session- it's a way for you to get a feel for how I am in sessions, and for me to get an understanding of your requirements for counselling, so we can see if we will work well together. I can combine your assessment with your first session if you prefer!
